- Description of the Grounding Sheet:
- The sheet is made of organic cotton and contains silver threads that provide grounding and full protection from electromagnetic fields (EMF).
- The sheet has grounding pads on both sides (see Fig. 1). To use the sheet correctly, you only need to connect to one pad. The second pad is provided for convenience, allowing you to connect the sheet from either side depending on your preference. The grounding pads may look like those shown in Fig. 1a or Fig. 1b.
- If the outlet is located near your feet, you can flip the sheet so that the grounding pads are at the foot end. This design ensures easy cable connection, regardless of whether the outlet is on the left or right side of your head or feet.
- Connecting the Cable to the Sheet:
- Connect the cable to the grounding pad on the sheet with the end that has a clip, as shown in Fig. 2.
- Insert the other end of the cable into the ground port of the outlet.
- Important: Do NOT connect the sheet to electricity; it should only be connected to the grounding port of the outlet (see Fig. 3).

- Using the Eye Mask:
- The eye mask is made of silver fabric, which also provides EMF protection and promotes a comfortable sleep.

- Preparing the Tester:
- Take the conductivity tester included in the set.
- Remove the red cap from the tester. You will now see two electrodes.
- Testing the Fabric's Conductivity:
- Carefully place both electrodes on the fabric surface.
- Important: Ensure that both electrodes are touching the fabric. One of the electrodes should not be hovering in the air or only partially touching the fabric, as this will break the contact, and the test will not work.
- Run the electrodes across the fabric. If you see flashes of light on the red part of the electrode, this indicates that the fabric contains a conductive material.
- Confirming the Conductive Material is Silver:
- It's important to remember that the light indication on the tester may detect any metal, not just silver.
- To confirm that the fabric contains silver, you need to perform a wash test.
- Wash Test:
- It is known that regular metals rust when exposed to water and do not withstand washing. After washing, rust stains will appear on the fabric containing ordinary metal.
- Wash the fabric according to the care instructions on the label.
- If no rust appears on the fabric after washing, then the material contains silver, not ordinary metal.
This instruction will help users ensure that the strips in the fabric are made of real conductive threads and not a printed design, and that these threads contain actual silver, not another metal.
