Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Canadian orders are fulfilled from our Amazon Canada warehouse for faster delivery.

We do not ship to: American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Armed Forces addresses (AA / AE / AP).

How long does shipping take and what does it cost?

  • Continental United States: Free standard shipping, 3–5 business days.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Economy shipping $15, 5–9 business days.
  • Canada: $15 shipping, 5–8 business days, no province restrictions.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. If you don't see the email, please check your Spam folder or contact us.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

After you place your order, we need a short window to process and prepare it for dispatch. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a notification with tracking information.

Why isn't the tracking number updating?

Tracking information may update with a delay, especially in the first 24–72 hours after shipment. Please wait a little and check again later.

My order is delayed — what should I do?

Carriers occasionally experience delays due to high volume, weather, or customs clearance. We recommend continuing to track your order. If the delay is unusually long, please contact us.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

If your order has not shipped yet, we'll do our best to help update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible with the correct address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.

What if the package shows delivered but I haven't received it?

First, please review the tracking details and check with neighbors or the carrier. If you still can't locate the package, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Returns

How long do I have to return an item?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. If a manufacturing defect is discovered, the return window is extended to 90 days from delivery.

What condition does the item need to be in?

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging with all components included.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number. We will then provide further instructions for sending the item back.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Funds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Which items are not eligible for return?

Items showing clear signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or with missing components may not be eligible for a full refund, or may be subject to a partial refund.

Can I return an item if the packaging was opened?

Yes, opened packaging is acceptable, provided the item remains in proper condition without signs of active use.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@ecoheal.net and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue — depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, refund, or filing a carrier claim. We are here to help.

Can I exchange an item?
