Instructions for Using the Kit

  1. Kit Contents:
    • Grounding sheet.
    • Cable.
    • Silver fabric sleep mask.
    • Conductivity tester.
    • Customer support card with NFC tag.
    • Usage instructions.
  2. Description of the Grounding Sheet:
    • The sheet is made of organic cotton and contains silver threads that provide grounding and full protection from electromagnetic fields (EMF).
    • The sheet has grounding pads on both sides (see Fig. 1). To use the sheet correctly, you only need to connect to one pad. The second pad is provided for convenience, allowing you to connect the sheet from either side depending on your preference. The grounding pads may look like those shown in Fig. 1a or Fig. 1b.
    • If the outlet is located near your feet, you can flip the sheet so that the grounding pads are at the foot end. This design ensures easy cable connection, regardless of whether the outlet is on the left or right side of your head or feet.

  1. Connecting the Cable to the Sheet:
    • Connect the cable to the grounding pad on the sheet with the end that has a clip, as shown in Fig. 2.
    • Insert the other end of the cable into the ground port of the outlet.
    • Important: Do NOT connect the sheet to electricity; it should only be connected to the grounding port of the outlet (see Fig. 3).

  2. Using the Eye Mask:
    • The eye mask is made of silver fabric, which also provides EMF protection and promotes a comfortable sleep.
    • Wear the mask over your eyes for use during sleep.

  3. Testing Conductivity with the Tester:
    • Use the conductivity tester to ensure the silver threads in the sheet and eye mask provide proper conductivity.
    • Detailed instructions for using the tester are provided separately (see the "Tester Usage Instructions" section), and our website features photos and video guides to help you use the tester correctly.
  4. Customer Support Card:
    • The card comes with a QR code and an NFC tag, allowing easy access to our website. Simply bring your phone close to the card, or scan the QR code provided in the kit, and you'll be directed to our site.
    • Our website offers both written instructions and video guides that clearly demonstrate each step of setting up the sheet, checking the quality of the fabric, and the cable.

    • The card also has a special field with a protective film under which there is a unique 8-digit code. Enter this code in the verification field on the website to confirm that the product you purchased is original and not a counterfeit.
